Webb31 jan. 2024 · We typically obtain 10–15 single clones in each 96-well plate with the use of CRISPR-Cas9 edited HEK-293 cells. Step 1. Prepare cells before transfection. Note: HEK-293 cells are cultured in DMEM medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS). Cells are maintained at 37°C in a CO 2 incubator at 37°C and passaged every 3 days.
