WebAug 12, 2015 · The sensor is definitely plugged in and the wiring doesn't look compromised at all. I guess it just went bad. Scouring the internet last night this was the only real thing I found on it posted by a GM diesel tech a few years ago. So you’ll need to check clearances, etc.
